Return / Exchange/Refund Policy
For OAWEAR purchased at this Website only oa-wear.com(exclude any other method other webs), Please Note, our Customer Care team must be notified of any delivery discrepancies within 5 days of receipt of this order. you can apply for a return/exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products (based on the date of receipt on the logistics document). and send us your order number and return tracking number by email, and Instructions for your return/exchange
Please note that Return / Exchange/Refund only works for the quality problem. The following conditions are not meeting our Return / Exchange/Refund policy:
- Customer changes their mind, ordered items by mistake, find a better price or items don't fit as expected or want to change address, or they are not at home during delivery time.
- All RETURNS MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED, WASHED, OR DAMAGED Have ALL tags attached We cannot accept returns that smell like cigarette smoke, have animal hair on them, or show any wear or tear ALL returns must be in the original packaging
- The product has been worn few days, but customers do not like them anymore.
- The color difference between the photo shoot and the actual object is not in the quality range.
Return / Exchange/Refund conditions
- the Products are sent back within the stated return/exchange period;
the Products are in original condition (for example, the Products are kept intact, unused, or unaltered, with no stains or cosmetics on the products) and the conditions for re-sale of the Product has not been affected;
3. the outer package of the Product is intact (including the plastic bag or box; please do not stick any tapes or labels directly on our boxes,), tags, labels, etc. should all be kept intact;
4. If the Product/parcel has additional gifts (gift with purchase promotion), please return the gift together. The gift needs to be kept in the condition it was received. If the gift cannot be returned, we have the right to ask you to pay for the gift according to the price of the gift we have indicated.

- Refund time:For the returned Products, once we confirm that the return conditions and requirements are met, we will refund the actual payment within 3 business days after receiving the returned Product(s)and confirming the condition meeting our request or not.
- The time of receipt of the refund depends on different refund methods. The time of actual refund to your account depends on different banks or payment platform operations. It may take up to 10-15 business days. If the return does not meet the return conditions or requirements, we will contact you and return the Product(s) to you at your cost.
